Andrew Cho Enrolled at Nationally-Known College at RIT

Andrew Cho, of Hayward, Calif., son of Song Cho of Hayward, has enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the nation's first and largest technological college for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Cho is a 2014 graduate of California School for the Deaf in Fremont.
