Brady Norrish earns All-Atlantic Hockey Conference honors

Brady Norrish of the RIT men's hockey team earned 2015-16 All-Atlantic Hockey honors, as the league announced its regular season all-conference teams on Wednesday, March 9.

Brady Norrish (Strongfield, Saskatchewan/Yorkton Terriers), an All-Atlantic Hockey second team pick and All-Rookie Team selection a year ago, is enjoying another excellent year for the Tigers in 2015-16, with 16 points on six goals and 10 assists while playing in all 34 games. He was the Atlantic Hockey Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 2 and recorded 15 points in 28 Atlantic Hockey contests. In two seasons, Brady has 38 points on 10 goals and 28 assists.

RIT, the No. 5 seed in the Atlantic Hockey Postseason Tournament, begins postseason play by heading to No. 4 Mercyhurst for a best-of-three quarterfinal series that gets underway on Friday, March 11. The two teams will meet for game two on Saturday and if necessary, game three on Sunday. All games will start at 7:05 p.m.
