Caitlin Wallace earns College Hockey America weekly honors

Caitlin Wallace of the RIT women's hockey team earned College Hockey America Weekly honors on Monday, for the week ending Jan. 15, 2017. She was named the Player of the Week. It is her first weekly honor.

Wallace, a forward, tallied four points on two goals and two assists in a weekend split at Mercyhurst. Wallace, who entered the game with five points in her first 19 games this season, had a goal and an assist Friday and equaled that with a goal and an assist Saturday, while skating at a plus-3 over the weekend. She is second on the team in scoring with nine points on five goals and four assists.
