Emily Thiel selected to All-Conference team

Emily Thiel of the RIT women's soccer team was named to the 2016 Liberty League Women's Soccer All-Conference Team. Thiel was a first team selection.

Thiel, a sophomore, played and started all 17 games in 2016. She was tied for third on the team in scoring with four points on a goal and two assists. She tallied her lone goal in a 2-0 win over St. John Fisher, and saw action in all eight Liberty League contests.
