Jasmine Loya Enrolled at Nationally-Known College at RIT

Jasmine Loya, of El Paso, Texas, daughter of Sandra Esquiel and George Laya of El Paso, has enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the nation's first and largest technological college for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Loya is a graduate of Burges High School in El Paso.
