Joi Overby Receives 2014 Leadership Award from #RIT

Joi Overby, daughter of Emma Overby and Raphael Overby of Rochester, N.Y., received the Frederick Douglass Memorial Scholarship from Rochester Institute of Technology during a ceremony April 2. This award is for students who display leadership characteristics, awareness and appreciation of diversity.

Joi is a first-year student studying media arts and technology .
