Joseph Ruggieri Enrolled at Nationally-Known College at RIT

Joseph Ruggieri, of Hopewell, N.J., son of Joseph Ruggieri of Hopewell, has enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the nation's first and largest technological college for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Ruggieri is a 2014 graduate of Marie Katzenbach School for the Deaf in Trenton.
