Kendra Bush earns Liberty League Track and Field weekly honors

Kendra Bush of the RIT women's track and field team was named a Liberty League Track and Field performer of the week on Monday, for the week ending Dec. 11. This is Bush's sixth career weekly accolade.

Bush won both throwing events at the RIT Early Season Invitational on Thursday night from the Gordon Field House. She took the shot put with an ECAC qualifying throw of 11.84 meters and won the weight throw with a toss of 13.19 meters.

The Tigers are off until Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, when they host the RIT Invitational from the Gordon Field House. That meet will begin at 10 a.m.
