Kimbria Blake Graduates from #RIT

2014 Jul 21

Kimbria Blake of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from RIT's College of Science. Kimbria was the College of Science's undergraduate delegate. Each of RIT’s colleges selects one or more student representative to participate in the Academic Convocation and college commencement ceremonies. The delegates’ overall personal achievement demonstrates the ideals of RIT, including but not limited to academic achievement. During Academic Convocation, college delegates accept degrees on behalf of their colleges’ graduates during the symbolic conferral of degrees. Each college delegate speaks at his or her college commencement ceremony.
