Laura Alderfer earns 2016 NIRC All-Academic Team honors

Laura Alderfer of the RIT women's crew team was named to the 2016 National Invitational Rowing Championships All-Academic Team on Thursday, May 19. For a student-athlete to be recognized to the NIRC All-Academic Team, they must have completed one full-year at their institution (freshmen and first-year transfers are not eligible), maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.35 and be recognized as a varsity letter winner.
