Madison Ricco chosen as commencement delegate

Madison Ricco has been chosen as the undergraduate delegate for RIT's College of Science during this year's commencement and convocation ceremonies. Delegates were selected based on their academic standing and will give a speech at their respective college's graduation service.

Madison graduates with a BS that includes a double major in biology and biomedical sciences. Madison worked in the Oncology Research and Development Department at Pfizer, studying tumor microenvironments. At RIT, she conducted research on cancer therapies and viral mutations, and is currently involved in a research project that is looking at alternative cancer treatments. Madison is a member of the Honors Program and a recipient of the David M. Baldwin Memorial Award, the Alfred L. and Ruby C. Davis Award, the College of Science Alumni Endowed Scholarship, and the Nathaniel Rochester Society Scholarship. Madison will pursue a Pharm.D. at the University of Denver.
