Peter Cinibulk named Liberty League Men's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week

Sophomore goalkeeper Peter Cinibulk (Bellbrook, OH/Bellbrook) of the RIT men's soccer team was named the Liberty League Men's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week on Monday, for the week ending Sept. 18, 2016. It is the first time this season Cinibulk has been honored by the conference.

Cinibulk posted a 0.44 goals against average and a .928 save percentage in two games in goal last week for RIT, allowing just one goal and made 13 saves. Wednesday, Cinibulk made six saves and did not allow a goal in a 0-0 draw at Elmira. Saturday, Cinibulk made seven saves, including four big stops down the stretch in a 1-0 overtime loss at Rochester in the fifth annual Hillside Community Shield.

Cinibulk is 2-3-1 on the season with a 0.64 goals against average. He ranks 45th in all of Division III with an .871 save percentage to go along with three shutouts.
