Zachery Darling earns Liberty League Track and Field Weekly honors

Zachery Darling of the RIT men's track and field team was named the Liberty League Track and Field performer of the week on Monday, for the week ending Dec. 11, 2016. It is his first weekly honor.

Darling was victorious in the weight throw with a toss of 14.62 meters, while finishing third in the shot put with a throw of 12.71 meters at the Early Season Invite on Thursday.

The Tigers are off until Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, when they host the RIT Invitational from the Gordon Field House. That meet will begin at 10 a.m.
